A few days ago, my husband was nice enough to do a liquor store run for me and picked up a bottle of macadamia nut liqueur which I’d been anxious to try, and of course the first thing I make is a macadamia nut cookie cordial because that’s the first thing I think of when I think of the delicious, buttery nut. Well, that and eating them straight out the jar.

Pour 1 oz macadamia nut liqueur and 1 oz wedding cake vodka into a 2 oz cordial glass.
Serve at room temperature.
Consider doing a salt rim if so inclined.
