Country-Style Poutine

Here’s an edible hangover cure after a night of boozing: Country-style poutine with crinkle cut fries, sausage gravy, and Velveeta.

Because where there’s booze, there’s the potential for hangovers that can only be remedied with salt, grease, and starch.

Granted, if you were doing it right, you wouldn’t drink so much, or you’d eat some of this before going to bed.

But hey! Who am I to judge?

Ok, so there’s no real mystery to this recipe. You bake some fries, make some sausage gravy, cube some Velveeta, and build a bowl of headache-free heaven.
