Cuban Temple

Oh boy, I’m just barely getting this one in before sunset due to some fierce cleaning! And by fierce cleaning, I mean I was watching Hoarders while cleaning because nothing is more motivating than that show.

Anyway, because I’m running close to the wire, I didn’t have a considerable amount of time to get super creative, but good drinks are good drinks, right? This one’s basically a Shirley Temple with white rum, so it’s sweet and delicious and very easy to make.

Recipe:

In a 12 oz glass filled with crushed ice, pour 1 oz grenadine and 1 oz white rum.

Top with ginger ale.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve with a straw.
