Coconut Cake

It’s that time of the year has come again: I’m once more in need of another bottle of coconut rum!

It’s not the end of the world or anything, but it’s annoying because I’d like to make another Coconut Cake Cocktail but used the last ounce of coconut rum to make it. Ah well!

If you like coconut rum, chances are you have white rum and ice, and to make this cocktail, the only other thing you need is cream soda which you can buy at a convenience store.

It’s sweet and fun and oh my god, have you seen this cake?? The icing looks absolutely divine! Granted, I’m very into textural icing that screams homemade, but seriously, only monsters wouldn’t love that cake!

In a 12 oz glass filled with crushed ice, pour 1 oz coconut rum and 1 oz white rum.

Top with cream soda.

Serve with a straw.
