Lazy Cucumber Mojito

Originally I was going to do something else for today, but magically all my shot glasses have disappeared. There should be 8, but I only managed to find 2. Maybe I should take it as a warning to stop with the jello shots?

Ah well, today’s cocktail is inspired by all the cucumber mojitos I’ve been seeing, but I’m far too lazy to muddle cucumbers. Plus I have cucumber vodka which makes it easier to be lazy.

While I call for green creme de menthe, it’s still totally fine to use white. I actually used the green to differentiate it from the Lazy Mojito, and theoretically, you could make both during a party.

Top with lime flavored sparkling water (unsweetened).

Garnish with lime wedges/quarters.
