Feeling a bit better about being able to use the Kinky liqueur, I decided to go for a fully tropical drink with some more common ingredients. It’s sweet and fruity and super tasty, and right now my only regret is not making it frozen! Bah!

Ah well… at least I have a new drink for lounging by the pool when it gets ridiculously hot and disgusting. My pinkies are sure to stay high and dry!

In a Collins glass filled with crushed ice, pour 1 oz Kinky liqueur and 1 oz coconut rum.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a lime slice or wedge and serve with a straw.
