Today’s a little bit on the warm side, and it seems the chilly nights have ended which means it’s time to move the plants out of the garage from overwintering. Booooooooo!
It’s always frustrating to move them out because they’re incredibly sensitive to light and burn super easy. That doesn’t bother me so much with the leafy plants, but when it’s succulents, a burn leaves a permanent scar that’s just plain ugly.
So we’re looking for the shadiest areas that are safe from deer but still close to the hose. It’s not going to be fun except for the drink I’m holding.
It’s sweet and boozy and refreshing! Yum!
