Caramel Apple

If it’s still cold in your neck of the woods, you might prefer to make the Hot Toffee Apple I posted back in January, but if it’s starting to warm up and you’re looking for something cold, this might be a good substitute.

So long as you like jello shots…

And of course, you can mix this one up with some other liqueurs if you want. Maybe even some pecan liqueur or maybe some chocolate Cool Whip? Delicious!

Ingredients for Four 2 oz Shooters:

  • 1 package Knox Gelatin
  • ½ cup Cold Water
  • ¼ cup Apple Liqueur
  • ¼ cup Butterscotch Schnapps


  1. Pour package of Knox gelatin into microwavable container, add ½ cup cold water, and stir.
  2. Microwave until gelatin has bloomed, stirring periodically.
  3. Pour apple liqueur and butterscotch schnapps into gelatin mixture and distribute among shooter glasses.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
