Strawberry Lemonade

Spring is slowly but surely sneaking up on us here in Central Texas, and I’ve already noticed the bluebonnets getting ready to do their thing. Generally, we’d be fully into spring at this time of year, but I’m just glad that it’s here because spring means strawberries for us.

This jello shot is inspired by one of my favorite beverages, strawberry lemonade! And the bonus to this one is that you can do it without special liqueurs if you want to make a lot of them. For us, four is plenty.

To do this more affordably for a large gathering, all you’d need to do is make traditional jello shots using lemon jello, strawberry jello, and vodka! Make the jello according to the directions and substitute vodka for the cold water.
