Regardless of it being March, one of my favorite treats around Christmas is the deliciously spiced, sweet, and slightly lemony German cookie, lebkuchen. It’s crunchy and loads of fun to eat, and in my opinion, it’s far superior to typical gingerbread cookies that abound during the holidays. I particularly loved the ones my aunt would make and send to us, and I’m pretty sure I ate entire tins of them.

In a Collins glass filled with crushed ice, pour ½ oz limoncello, ½ oz spiced rum, and 1 oz wedding cake vodka.
Top with ginger ale.
Garnish with a lemon slice and serve with a straw.
