PB&J Jello Dessert

I guess I’ve been on a bit of a jello kick lately, and today’s no different except this one is a fair bit larger than the typical shooters and shots I’ve been making. Fortunately, it can be made as a straight dessert or a boozy treat. You decide!

Either way, it’s very easy and sure to please although I’ll warn you that it’s quite sweet, and you may want to cut the powdered sugar with some corn starch. Or maybe not. I won’t judge.

Recipe for 6 servings:

Make 2 cups of your favorite jello according to the box. If you want to make this alcoholic, substitute the cup of cold water for a cup of vodka or white rum.

Distribute equally among six 4 oz containers (e.g., half-cup mason jars) and refrigerate until set.

Make 6 servings of Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting and pipe on the top of the set jello.
